Ordering Process

Welcome to our online ordering solution. Please browse our items and add your rental items to the cart. You can also add any retail/gift items to your cart and they too will be delivered to your vacation/home address.

By entering in your vacation arrival and departure dates it will ensure your products are available. At check out, you will be prompted to include your vacation address, a contact number during your stay, and any other special instructions. If your product is not available, please call us at 609-661-8929, we will do our best to accomodate you.

Delivery Fees

 

At checkout you will be prompt to include a delivery fee.  Fees Include: Linen & Towel Orders: $20.00 & Beach and Baby Gear   $35.00 - if your order includes anything other than linens, the delivery fee will be for the Beach and Baby Gear.
The deivery fee is a one time fee per order (not per item) which includes both delivery and pick-up.  

 

Pick-up & Delivery

On Your Arrival Day

Delivery:

  • We will deliver your items any time between 11AM and 6PM.
  • If no one is at the home, we will leave the items outside the home in an appropriate location.
  • If the location is not obvious, we will leave a note or will call you.
  • If you have any questions, please call the office number and leave a message. We will return your call as quickly as possible.
  • Due to very heavy traffic and large order volumes, we do our best to get to everyone quickly, but we will not be able to promise any specific time.
  • However, feel free to call us to find out an approximate time we expect to deliver your items.

 

General Info:

  • Please check all your items right away to make sure you got everything you ordered.
  • If you have questions, call us and we will be happy to help you.
  • If you need anything else at the last minute, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

During Your Stay

  • If you need aditional items or services, please contact us.


On Your Departure Day

  • Please place all your dirty linens in the bags/totes in which they were delivered.
  • Be sure to count your linens and baby gear to make sure you are returning everything.
  • Place the items outside your front door as early as possible, but no later than 10:00AM.
  • If items are not ready for pickup when our driver comes to your home after 10:00 AM, your credit card will be charged for an additional Service Charge. If you need more time, please just call us to make arrangements.
  • Your credit card will be charged replacement value for any items that are damaged or missing.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations can be made without penalty before thirty (30) days prior to the delivery date.  Cancellations after thirty (30) days prior to the delivery date will receive 50% refund if canceled at least three (3) days prior to delivery.  After three (3) days prior to the delivery date, orders cannot be refunded. Regular delivery and pickup occurs once per week on Saturday between 11AM and 6PM. There are additional fees for the following: late orders, special deliveries, and order changes.

 

Agreement & Liability

 

Shore Solutions is pleased to provide high quality products for use on your vacation. This Agreement shall be the governing contract between the purchaser (Client) and Hudson Elite Group LLC, dba Shore Solutions Group.

Definitions:

Products: The equipment and / or products being rented or purchased to the Client

Services: The consultative services provided for event planning to the Client

Use:
By renting with Shore Solutions, the Client warrants that the Client has read and understands any publicly available instructions, disclaimers, uses, and descriptions of the Products. Though Shore Solutions provides basic instructions and descriptions of the Products, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to research publicly available information (i.e., on a public web site) to ensure that the Products are used within the limitations of their intended purpose. The Client assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the storage and use of the Products.

Ownership:
Full right, title and ownership of the equipment will at all times remain vested with Shore Solutions. It is the Client's responsibility to examine the equipment prior to use to determine fitness and state of repair and to return the equipment in the same state of repair and cleanliness as when delivered.

Liability Waiver:
The Client agrees that the Products rented through Shore Solutions will be used in accordance with its intended use and pursuant to any instructions provided therewith. While reasonable wear and tear are expected, the loss of or damage to the Products is the sole responsibility of the Client.

In no event will Shore Solutions be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury (including death) caused by or arising out of the use of any equipment, Products, or services provided by Shore Solutions or the failure of the equipment to function as intended.


By ordering any Products or Services from Shore Solutions the Client indicates that he/she has read this document and acknowledges and agrees to the terms herein.


Towel & Linen Orders: Shore Solutions accepts and processes these orders strictly as a convenience to our customers. The third party vendor is entirely liable and responsible for supplying and maintaining all Linen & Towel items.

At this time, Shore Solutions does not offer shipping to more than one address to be processed during a single transactions. For more infomation or special orders please contact us directly.
