What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password please visit our VIP Login page, the forgotten password tool will prompt you to enter the email address used with your account, a new temporary password will be emailed to you after submitting this information.

I have completed checkout and payment, how do I add something additional to my order I have forgotten?
The best way to add something additional to an existing order is to contact us directly, please email info@shoresolutionsgroup.com and include your invoice number as well as the item(s) you wish to add.  

What if the item I want is out of stock or not available?
We try to accommodate all of our requests, if an item is not available during your trip we will gladly add you to our wait list and notify you immediately of any cancellations.

Where can I add additional notes to Shore Solutions?
Upon checkout there will be a response box for any additional response or requests you would like to send. Please use this area for any additional information or you can also email us directly @ info@shoresolutionsgroup.com

How do I add or adjust items to my shopping cart from different areas of the website?
If you would like to continue browsing the website, click “continue shopping”.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
After reserving an item it will appear in your cart, if you would like to change the quantity of the item requested you can click the Qty. Box and enter the amount of the product you would like then click “update cart”. This will refresh your cart to reflect the quantity requested as well as the total dollar amount.

How do I rent multi-week orders through your website?
When choosing multi-week dates on the calender the website will show you two prices, one is the rental item price per week, the other will be the total rental price for the dates selected.

How do I enter my vacation rental delivery location?
When checking out, a box will appear that reads “Delivery Address” (Different from billing address) click this and fill in an additional address that you would like your items to be delivered to.

Will my gift items be delivered with my rental items?
Retail items selected with rental items will be delivered to the vacation address listed. If you would like retail items to be shipped to a different location, please note this in the comment box upon checkout.  There will be an additional shipping fee for items shipped via UPS.
